Nick’s Story

If this program can help one person on their journey with ADHD, then we have accomplished something of value.

The ADHD Action Network was founded by Nick Pairaudeau, who struggled to understand why certain behaviors and patterns kept repeating in his life.  After a crisis, he realised that he needed support to help understand himself and his late ADHD diagnosis.

Many traditional resources lacked the holistic solution that he knew he needed.

Navigating the healthcare system, therapies, and self-help resources is complicated and nearly impossible to do alone.

A realisation came that there were no quick fixes but a lifelong process of self-discovery and daily management.  That’s when Nick decided to build a community where individuals could share their experiences and find ways to manage ADHD together.

We believe that ADHD and Neurodiversity have complex roots, requiring a sustained group effort to tackle this societal issue. Many experience the disconnection they feel within themselves and with others, but they can overcome it. That’s why The ADHD Action Network was created—to find and develop spaces for daily action, peer support, and embracing our unique identities—live and in person.

We believe we can change together!
